Outgoing Email is stuck in mail outbox, how do I get it work?

     Hi, have a MP900E and I can't seem to get emails to send they end up stuck in outbox for some reason. Any clues on what is happening?

    I have the same problem. Apparently the new outlook doesn't support the platform our
    device currently use. I hope autel can resolve this issue asap because we are unable to
    upgrade on our own due to restrictions.
